Mummy's little Gem is a Mum & Daughter partnership based in Ely, Cambridgeshire and provides unique and personalised Gifts for Babies and Children and slowly adding for adults too! All of our products are Hand Made with material sourced from the UK and are all different, never one the same.

As we hand make all our items you can chose your colours or materials from our range or you can contact us and we will order supplies in to make your perfect item.

We will aim to make your order in 7 days but during busy periods this may not be possible but we will be sure to message you and let you know. If there is a set date that you need your product by then please let us know and we will aim to work towards that date.

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
