Every idea and item from my folksy store is made with love and care. From the moment of purchase I will keep you informed and updated. UK postage will be first class (signed for) and a courier (also signed for) for the much larger pieces. International postage will depend on your location, i will always try and find the most affordable postage options for you. Shipping out will be within 3 days of purchase, this gives me time to make the extra's i promise you to be included in my sale.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
