Handmade Cheerful Ceramic Decorations and Jewellery

I began my artistic life in Sheffield where I went to school and studied a printmaking degree. I moved to Denmark,Copenhagen as I’m half Danish and studied Ceramic Product design at Danmarks Design Skole. Eventually we moved back to Uk relocating in North Wales with our children. Around 2012 I set up my business and seeing as my surname is actually Marple , I thought Miss Marple Makes was the perfect name with a slight nod to Agatha and her famous funny sleuth.
So I have a workshop at home here on Anglesey and I like to create fun small decorations and figures that you can have dotted about your home and hopefully you will feel abit happier for seeing them. Creating is so rewarding and I’m addicted to making and learning new techniques.
I am also intending to create more mosaic pieces which has been so much fun to start doing.I love organising the colours and creating small wall hangings.
Right now my work is spring themed so you will be able to buy flower badges and decorations to welcome the longer sunnier days that we are all dreaming of. Thanks for popping over for a peek here.
