Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Please read fully the description of the item you are purchasing before buying. REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Please contact me should if you would like to return an item or if an item is faulty.

You may return a product for refund within 14 days of receiving your order where applicable. For faulty items, contact must be made within 7 days to inform of the fault and for details on returning your item. We will send a replacement or refund you for your purchase(s), provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original condition & packaging.

If you have purchased the wrong item or simply changed your mind, we will refund you for your purchase (minus the shipping cost), provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging, provided your purchase is in "as-new" condition, and the purchased product was not noted as a clearance or non-returnable item.

When your return is received, you will be issued a refund to your paypal account for the product only. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

*Earrings are non-refundable (for hygiene reasons) unless faulty.

Custom orders are non-refundable.
