I have been making and selling my jewellery online full-time since 2011 on another venue, but love the idea of a UK based marketplace and thought I would set up shop a bit 'closer to home'!
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Of course, I hope that you will be delighted with your purchase, but if for some reason you are not 100% satisfied, please get in touch within 1 week receipt of your item so I can address any issues and offer a solution. Happy customers with a smile on their face mean the world to me and I will do whatever I can to ensure that any problems get resolved!
If you would like to return your item for whatever reason, you have 14 days from receipt to do so for any items that are unworn and in a re-saleable condition. (Please read below that custom orders will be exempt from this, unless otherwise agreed prior to purchase).
Unless items have been damaged in transit, any shipping costs for returns and / or exchanges will be at the customer's expense (both ways). If an item is exchanged for a different one, I will not charge for my time to make the replacement item.
If returning an item from outside of the European Union, please make sure you contact me prior to shipping so that I can advise you on how to fill in the Customs Label correctly as I will not be liable for UK customs charges incurred due to incorrect forms.
In the unlikely event of a problem occuring with your item that is not due to normal wear & tear, please contact me at any time after purchase so I can address the issue and do my best to resolve it.

Payment must be made in full, however, before any custom item is made or materials are ordered and, unless agreed prior to purchase, custom items are non-returnable.
For your reassurance, it would be no problem to send you a picture of your item prior to shipment. If you'd like me to do this, just let me know.
