Buying from me

All items are handmade to order, ensuring each piece is crafted with care and attention to detail. I strive to process orders as quickly as possible, but during busy periods, there may be slight delays while I complete existing orders.

For knitted items not currently in stock, please allow 1–2 weeks for fulfillment. Thank you for your patience and understanding as I create something special just for you.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
