I design and make unique garments, accessories and homeware using the techniques of knitting, crochet and sewing

As a child learned to crochet and knit before I could read (and that was several decades ago now!) Making, knitting, crochet and sewing have been a constant in my life since.

I live in a tiny village surrounded by farmland and countryside and nature has always been my inspiration. I am often found wandering with my 3 dogs, staring at clouds, trees and into hedgerows. In the past I have worked as a shepherdess and am passionate about the British wool industry and supporting our farmers. I try to use British wool, or a derivative of it, in my work as much as I possibly can.

Recently I completed my degree, gaining a 1st Class Honours in Applied Arts where I specialised in making glass. I enjoyed every moment of my degree but then it is easier when you are doing something you absolutely love. Once a maker, always a maker.
