Hello and welcome to Marthamoo Krafts. This im my 3rd shop on Folksy, my other 2 being Marthamoo Beads and Marthamoo Destash.
Marthamoo Krafts is were I sell little crafty bits and bobs that I have created from using mainly felt and buttons.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Gorgeous products and great service, I asked for the birds I ordered to be changed slightly from the ones pictured and this was done no problem and arrived beautifully packaged.
