Hi Marice, just wanted to say thank you so much for my bag, it arrived the other day, I have been so busy getting the exams organised now that I am Chief Invigilator that I haven't had time to breath almost. Oh, the hot water bottle cover is lovely! Beautifully made and very snuggly, my boyfriend and I both love it. It also arrived very promptly, and communication was great. I suspect I will be back! x
