Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

I purchased 2 of these cards on 12 December and the money was taken straight out of my account. I have received no cards and when I looked on the website again it said the shop was closed. I have received nothing, not even a response from you. I do not know whether you did send them out or not, or whether the Royal Mail failed to deliver. Not a happy customer though as they were wanted to accompany two Christmas gifts. Sorry but will not use your site again.
