My paintings are often inspired by the day to day sights that I glimpse. I love the charming buildings and quirky characters which I see. I love nature, I love a beautiful pair of spotty wellingtons or a stripy scarf. I love moments which make me smile.
Sitting in my studio at the bottom of our garden I turn my simple sketchbook doodles into cheerful paintings. I like to use acrylic, combining my muted palette of chalky blues, greys and whites with an uplifting dash of red.

I absolutely love my painting. It’s a beautifully nostalgic scene that truly captures the soul of a Yorkshire village in winter. This location holds so many wonderful memories for me, and seeing it so thoughtfully captured by Mani makes it all the more special.

A really beautiful tea towel, It's too nice to use so will display it somewhere. Packaging was lovely which is important to me and they included a lovely little card too which I will also display. Really pleased I came across this..
