All items are handmade by myself at my home in Norfolk. Toys are compliant with the European EN71 standards and carry the CE mark.
I aim to ship your order within 3 working days with the exception of Made to Order items which will be shipped within 7 days.
Orders with a value of less that £20 are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class
Orders between £20 and £50 will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For
Orders over £50 will be sent by Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
