Buying from me
The items that I make are for decorations around the home or to be used in the home. They are made from cotton fabrics, ribbons, toy stuffing and wadding. I purchase these materials from either online companies or as second hand items. When I first begin making the product I will first create a template from old material and then I will design the different patchwork patterns I want to use.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
