You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

I recently bought two pairs of earrings from Makeaholic, and I can not recommend this seller enough. I had a bit of trouble with the payment but Makeaholic sorted it out for me very quickly and efficiently, which was great. The earrings arrive very promptly and the photos don't do them justice. I had bought them as a present but now I'm tempted to keep them! Altogether a brilliant seller, who was very helpful. I will definitely be buying from Makeaholic again. Thank you :-)
