Buying from me

I design and make all of the bags and purses here for sale on my Folksy shop using a range of different fabrics. My bags are unique and finished to a high standard - I'm very picky when it comes to how my bags look and last!
As these are all my own designs I love to make bespoke orders if I possibly can.
Any customs charges or local taxes for overseas buyers are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

In the event that you change your mind, items may be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt of the item. The cost of the return postage is the responsibility of the buyer and a refund will be issued once I have received the return in it's original condition. Please return in it's original or similar packaging. Any damage or wear may reduce or invalidate the return.
If an item is faulty please get in touch so that I can resolve the issue with you. If the item is being returned please use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for any items over £20 or second class postage with proof of postage for items under £20.
Please note that custom orders cannot be returned unless faulty.
