You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

The BSL glass I ordered for my friend arrived today and I am absolutely thrilled with it!! It is a really good size and the engraving is very clear. Will definitely be ordering another one very soon for myself (I've dropped enough hints to the family!) when I find out I've passed my Level 2 BSL exams, which will hopefully be soon! Excellent value for money and well made. Thank you x
