All of our items are lovingly handmade specifically to your personal measurements to ensure the perfect fitting lingerie just for you. Please ensure you provide us with your measurements upon checkout.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be completed, plus delivery.
We offer one flat rate for shipping, so treat yourselves and the shipping won't increase.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
If you receive an item and it doesn't fit correctly, or it doesn't meet your expectations, you must contact us ASAP to let us know, and please return it to us within 7 days of you receiving it and we will remake the item for you free of charge. The original item MUST be returned for this policy to take place.
If, however, you decide you would not like us to remake it for you, please send it back to us in it's original state within 7 days of you receiving it and we will offer you a full refund.
Please also be aware that our designs are based on vintage pieces that are more soft and subtle than modern day lingerie. You will not look like you are wearing a push up bra in our designs, but you will look feminine and sexy and feel like a starlet.
Keep in mind that our lingerie is made out of some very special, delicate fabrics that need to be treated with care.
Wash all items by hand in cool water, lay flat to dry, and do not tumble dry.
Please take care when taking the items on and off, as the delicate fabrics can rip or tear if they are pulled or stretched too much.
