At LouLy Artsian Jewellery we celebrate unspoilt natural loveliness, and so try where possible to use precious stones in their natural crystal form and/or open settings to display their true beauty.
This makes for distinctive and unusual pieces, sure to draw attention to a swan like neck or delicate hand - which afterall is what jewellery is made for...
Each gem is individually chosen so no two pieces of LouLy jewellery are ever the same.
LouLy jewellery endevours to establish that the origin of all gems are ethically and environmentally sound. Where possible precious metals used in Louly jewellery are either recycled or reclaimed.

Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
