Buying from me
I produce each item using a glass, ceramic or porcelain blank, which I paint onto by hand and personalise in accordance with your instructions. I use ceramic paints to decorate each item, which is then cooked on the set the pattern or design. They should be hand-washed with a soft sponge when necessary to protect the decoration.
Each gift is made from scratch so will may small variations from the listed picture and will always be unique.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
