Buying from me
I create British Botanical Glass Jewellery filled with homegrown dried flowers and keepsakes.
I take your special items and I can create a custom piece for you.
Standard orders take from 1-5 days depending if they are already made up and custom orders will take from 2 weeks.
I grow the flowers here in my London garden, dry them and pick the best petals to go inside the glass jewellery before they are sealed up and finished in either silver plated, sterling silver or 9ct gold.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Custom and special orders are not returnable unless there are defects in the item(s). If you have a problem with a custom order, please contact me as soon as possible so I can do what I can to make it right for you.
