Your purchase will be shipped within three working days. I ship with Royal Mail, using standard for smaller dolls house items and using fully insured, tracked & signed for postal service for the theddy bears and larger items.
Please note that all my miniatures and bears are intended for adult collectors and meant to be treated gently, not as a toy. They are NOT suitable for children under 12 years.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
