USA ORDERS - Monday 3rd of December 2012
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Every effort has been made to reproduce colours as depicted but due to digital imagery some colours shown may not be an exact representation.
As all our products are handmade, there may be slight differences from product to product.
Should an item used in a design become discontinued or unavailable, Little Me Designs has the right to substitute with an alternative.
All our products are finished to a high standard but as they are handmade items we advise our customers to handle the products with care.
In the unusual circumstance that any of our products arrive in an unsatisfactory condition due to our error, we are very happy to exchange or refund those products affected. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Please ensure all names, words and dates provided for the personalisation of your product are correct and accurate at the time of ordering. Little Me Designs cannot accept any responsibility for the misspelling of names in inaccurate detail.
All attempts will be made to ship your product promptly but please be aware that
delivery dates are estimates. Little Me Designs cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control.
All designs are exclusive to Little Me Designs and must not be reproduced.
