You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Ordered this gorgeous clock on a Sunday evening and it was already on its way to me by monday morning, great and super fast delivery. The clock is absoltuely lovely, it was packaged really well and with a sweet little butterfly tag on it making it a perfect gift for my mum. And the seller was really sweet and helpful, and checked with me to make sure my purchase had arrived alright.
