Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

I will gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations.

Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

If you are not completely satisfied with your items, you can return them in an unworn condition within a 30 day money back guarantee.

If the item becomes damaged within this time, I can replace the item depending if the item is still in stock or will give a refund minus the shipping costs. If the item is accidentally damaged after that time, I can offer a free alteration / fixing of the item. However, you will have to cover the cost of the return postage and this is only valid within 6 months of purchase..

Please note that earrings are exempt from this guarantee due to hygiene reasons.

When buying from me, the seller, I use the following methods to receive payment. Etsy via Etsy transactions or PayPal depending on payment method selected at checkout.

Data Retention

I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. I generally keep your data for the following time period: 4 years

Transfers of Personal Information Outside the EU
I do not work outside of the EU and therefore will not need to transfer your data to a different jurisdiction.

Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
