Welcome to my Folksy shop. I hope you'll be able to find something that's just right. Something that special someone will treasure forever. I want to make sure that you feel delighted with your gift. I design and make handmade gifts for the home, weddings, Christmas, anniversaries, a new baby, birthdays and all other kinds of special occasions. Many of the things I make are personalised, so you can add that extra special message. I hope you enjoy my shop, Emma x
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
PLEASE NOTE: Standard Policy Exceptions
If you have any issues or are unhappy with one of our products - we want to hear from you and we will do what we can to ensure you are nothing but delighted with your purchase. Please remember, that you are ordering handmade, personalised items that are therefore excluded from the distance selling regulations (UK). They can only be returned where they are faulty. Please remember that we are a small company and to us, every order matters.
CANCELLING A TRANSACTION:
The buyer must inform the seller if they wish to cancel an order and they must do this in writing (email) within 24 hours of their purchase.
If the goods have not yet been sent, refunds will be provided within 14 days of receipt of the notification of cancellation.
