Buying from me

I spend every minute I can in my studio where I'm obsessed with making things out of fabric, wool, ink, paint, thread, paper - you get the picture! I love trying out new techniques & ideas, & constantly have a queue of projects waiting to start. I also love owls, music, books and cake. Oh, and drinking cups of tea! All the goodies in my shop are handmade by me, using patterns I’ve either adapted or designed myself. Please message me if you’d like a custom made item – I’m always happy to help!

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

MADE TO ORDER/CUSTOM ORDERS - I'm afraid these are not refundable (unless they're faulty, see below) so please check the listing details carefully & make sure you're happy with everything before ordering. I offer free fabric samples to colour match, & I'm happy to provide all the information you need to make an informed decision.

FAULTY GOODS - if the items you receive are faulty, please contact me straight away by sending me a conversation on Etsy or email me (lazysusanmakes@virginmedia.com). Once the goods have been returned I will either offer a replacement at no extra cost (subject to availability), or issue a full refund including all postage costs (whichever you prefer).
