Handmade Polymer Clay Jewellery

Hi - I’m Kerry, the maker behind Kay Jay Clay.

I’ve always loved big, bold, statement jewellery - especially earrings, but most of the time they’d end up in my handbag after half an hour due to the weight! I’d heard how lightweight polymer is, so I thought I’d give making myself some bespoke jewellery a go - long story short - I GOT HOOKED! The colour, pattern & design options are endless and before long I had built up quite a collection and so here I am!! It wasn’t a myth about the weight either - you can wear a huge statement pair of earrings and not feel like you’re wearing any at all.

I love colour and pattern and really believe that they can lift your mood - you’ll never see me without make-up & earrings on - even if I’m just rocking my PJ’s (lockdown life!!)

I work in my craft room at home in Mansfield, Notts - looking out over my garden and usually with a couple of cats asleep behind me.
