Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
International orders to North America take on average 10-14 days. However in some circumstances orders can be held in customs and can take around a month to arrive. We cannot be held responsible if items do not arrive in time for specific dates. Please allow a month and a half for orders to arrive as my post office considers parcels lost after 45 days. However this is rare and most orders will be received within 10 days.
International orders for the rest of the world can take anywhere up to two months so please allow this amount of time for arrival.
If your item still does not arrive after this period please contact us. We always retain proof of postage receipts for all my parcels. I need to be contacted before 2 months have passed.
Should the unfortunate occur and your item arrives damaged contact us with photos of the damaged item and all the packaging it came in. This is so i can file a complaint to the post office which will pay for the damages caused, leading to you receiving your money back as well as myself.
No refunds will be given to anyone who does not prove it was damaged on arrival.
If your order hasn't arrived within 25 days UK and 45 days international let us know and we can sort this for you. We will not consider the items lost until this time scale has passed. We need to be contacted within 2 months of the postage date so we can file a claim to the ‘Lost Mail and Fraud’ department for investigation. Item cost will be refunded. No refunds to PO boxes
Returns are accepted within EU countries only. This is only on certain items. Items that are made to order/custom made, earrings, or in the sale are NOT eligible for return.
Returns are accepted on the basis that the buyer pay the return shipping costs, and will receive a refund for the items only minus the original shipping expenses. The item must be received back in its original, unused condition - refunds will be rejected on any items which arrive back with signs of wear or damage, and no refund will be given as we are unable to sell them on. In this case the buyer will be responsible for arranging return shipping if they wish for it to be sent back to them. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to items being sent back
