All my Art Prints and Greetings cards start out from hand rendered illustrations and are then printed here in the UK onto responsibly sourced boards and packaged into biodegradable cornstarch sleeves.
We'd love to speak to you about any custom requests. From houses, wedding venues, football stadiums to custom cityscapes, we have worked on many special commissions in the past.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
If you are not happy with your order it can be returned to me for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. It must still be in the condition it was sent out. Return postage will not be returned unless the item is faulty.
Customised items are NOT eligible for refund unless a mistake has been made on my part. All customisations must be clearly noted in writing in a note to seller when order is placed. Face Masks are also not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
Any damaged goods can be refunded upon proof of damage being a fault of packaging (Photo or physical evidence required). If order does not arrive within 2 weeks (UK) or 4 weeks (Internationally) then it is eligible for a resend or refund- your choice!
