Buying from me

All our items are handmade in our studio in Brighton. The nature of handmade pieces is that they may vary slightly from one to another- however, we make sure that they are all of exceptional quality.

We generally ship our items in one to three working days.

If you need an extra fast shipment get in touch- we may be able to post it the same day with Royal Mail so it reaches you the day after. (This is only available within UK)

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
