Buying from me
All my jewellery is hand made and one of a kind or made in very limited numbers in my studio in London.
Delivery is free of charge over £70 to addresses within the UK via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Signature is required on delivery.
Returns are according to the General Returns Policy of Folksy.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return by special delivery in original packaging.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
