Custom, handmade sterling silver jewellery lovingly crafted using Cornish seaglass and semi precious gemstones.

I am a City and Guilds qualified silversmith with a passion for creating unique, bespoke pieces of jewellery using seaglass, gemstones and traditional silversmithing techniques. If you like what you see but want a custom design please get in touch.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

If you order a piece that is in stock I will aim to dispatch it within three working days.

If you chose a made-to-order piece it will be dispatched within three weeks of your order. Lead times may vary depending on the volume of orders received but I will update my shop page if it goes over three weeks. Usually I would expect to dispatch within seven days.

Please get in touch if you need a rush order and I will work with you to ensure that your piece arrives on time. Please note at busy times, rush orders may incur an extra fee.

Delivery to the United kingdom:

- All deliveries to the United Kingdom are posted First Class via the Royal Mail,.
- You can expect to receive your order within 2 working days of it being dispatched.
- You will receive an email letting you know when your order has been dispatched.
- Delivery to the United kingdom includes Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles and the Isle of Man.

Deliveries to the rest of the world:

- All deliveries to the rest of he world (outside the United Kingdom) are posted First Class Airmail via the Royal Mail.
- You can expect to receive your order within 10 working days of it being dispatched.
- You will receive an email letting you know when your order has been dispatched.

Delivery information:

- Your order will be packaged safely in a padded bag and will come in a gift bag or box, depending on the item you chose.
- If you are in a hurry to receive your order please upgrade from the standard 'signed for' delivery to Royal Mail's guaranteed by 1pm service (UK only).
- If your order is a gift and you would like it to be sent strait to a loved one, please message me when you make your order, I will be happy to include a personal note in the parcel.

Returns:

If you have ordered a customised piece of jewellery, unfortunately it cannot be returned.

Please try to make sure you know your size (rings/bracelets and bangles) before ordering.

Exchanges:

Some pieces are able to be resized and I will do my best to accommodate any mistakes as I recognise this happens to us all. There is a £15 restocking or resizing (depending on what you are having done) fee and you will need to cover shipping. You will need to return the product unworn and in the original packaging with a note and your order number.
