I Joe Farace (Joe's Key Fob Shop) am the data-controller of your personal information as it relates to my shop.
When you place an order from me, I will receive your name, delivery address and email address from Folksy. I will only use these details to process and deliver your order, or deal with any queries you have related to that order. If you send me a message using the contact button on Folksy, I will receive your username and email address.
The only circumstances in which I will share your data are in processing your order or complying with the law. I will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, other than the circumstances listed below, or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent. The circumstances in which I may share your data are:
• With Folksy to comply with my obligations.
• With delivery companies to fulfil your order.
• To comply with legal or tax obligations.
I will only retain your details for as long as necessary in order to process the transaction and I will securely store any data collected during that period. I retain personal data related to orders or customer queries for six years. After this time I will delete your data from my records.
You have the right to know what personal data I hold about you, and to ask for that data to be changed or deleted. You also have the right to complain to the ICO if you believe there is a problem with the way I handle your data.

I select British hardwood, sustainably sourced, mainly from South Wales and South West and I collected the Elm from Aberdeen.
I cut, shape and hand-sand each fob to the smoothest and most organic finish possible, finishing them with a hard wearing varnish to give them a long life!
The rings are sourced from the UK and are British sprung steel.
Generally, I can ship within 48 hours (working days). I can also personalise your key fob - just give me an extra day or two.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
All Joe Boxes Items are made from high grade wood which is a natural material. The wood is fully seasoned before Joe crafts his product lines and full quality inspection is carried out throughout the manufacturing process for any potential material issues. Joe prides himself on rejecting any items which do not meet his exacting standards (these usually end up as Christmas presents for his relatives!)
JoeBoxes will refund or exchange items where there has been a manufacturing or design fault brought to our attention within 14 days of purchase. In the unlikely eventuality there is a design or manufacturing fault, JoeBoxes will offer to repair or refund the product value, at the proprietor's discretion.
Unless there is a design or manufacturing fault, personalised items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
JoeBoxes takes no responsibility for natural wear and tear or misuse or if the customer choses to purchase despite our advice to the contrary (Examples: keyrings designed for domestic use purchased to be used in a commercial setting OR boxes etc being kept in unsuitable conditions such as in direct sunlight).
We take no responsibility for items taken outside of the UK.
Items by mail order
You may return your purchase for any reason if not completely satisfied within 30 days from receipt of the item.
It would help to receive photographs of any damage prior to returning the item.
Postage and packing is excluded from any refund value and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
