Jennifer Lilly is UK based clothing label. I have been making lovely dresses since 2008. It's about vintage loveliness here...feminine yet cute! If this sounds like your thing, get yourself in and take a peek around. All dresses are handmade and are my own designs...Hope you like them!

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

♥ Sizing and Sizes ♥

- Inside every listing are the available sizes for that design. Scroll down in the listing, you will find them there, choose your size and select from the drop down box (top right) when ordering.

- If there is only one size available, this is the only size I have left, once they're gone they're gone :-(

♥ Sometimes we have a sale/Discount Codes ♥

- If there is a discount code to apply (Please refer to the homepage of my shop) please enter this code when checking out. There is a box 'enter code' just pop the code into there and Etsy will automatically deduct any reductions for you.

You can view the shop prices in any currency you wish. When logging in Etsy will automatically let you select the currency you wish to view prices in :-)

- The shop charges are in US Dollars, but any one can pay, PayPal and Direct Checkout automatically manage the payments for you...whether you are in the US or the UK, or anywhere! nifty!

Unfortunately, I can't take custom orders any longer. I have sooo many lovely designs and lengths that I am confident you will find something you like...The no custom order thing is so I can make tons more nifty designs for you guys :-)))

- All items ship form the UK.

- The shipping charges are in every single listing and are combined when you order more than one item (to save you pennies) this is all done automatically, so don't worry. I ship anywhere in the world.

CANADA = $8.00 for 1 dress (+$4.00 each additional dress ordered).

Orders will be dispatched within 1 to 3 business days from ordering. Dispatch times may vary slightly during busier times.

♥ Garment After Care ♥

All garments are machine washable at up to 40oc. You can tumble dry them on a cool setting. They can be ironed too. All dresses are skirts, pre-shrunk cotton...so they won't shrink.

♥ Returns ♥

You may return items. Please contact me within 14 business days of receiving your order, to arrange return. All item(s) must be returned in their original state to be refunded. You will receive a refund less postage and packing charges, unless there is a fault with the item(s).

I am happy to exchange items if alternatives are available, you may return items to be exchanged. Postage and packing costs apply for other item(s) to be sent out to you, unless there is a fault with the original item.
