Welcome to Janiemade and my little corner of Folksy where you can buy my crocheted creations. If you're after unique and quirky toys and gifts I hope you'll find something you like. I only charge postage on the first item, as a way of thanking those who buy more from my small handmade business.

Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
I carefully check my handmade items before I post them as I want you to be delighted with your purchase. Please contact me on receipt if there is a problem so that it can be quickly resolved.
