I Jacqueline Ostrowka am the data-controller of your personal information as it relates to my shop.
When you place an order from me, I will receive your name, delivery address and email address from Folksy. I will only use these details to process and deliver your order, or deal with any queries you have related to that order. If you send me a message using the contact button on Folksy, I will receive your username and email address.
The only circumstances in which I will share your data are in processing your order or complying with the law. I will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, other than the circumstances listed below, or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent. The circumstances in which I may share your data are:
• With Folksy to comply with my obligations.
• With delivery companies to fulfil your order.
• To comply with legal or tax obligations.
I will only retain your details for as long as necessary in order to process the transaction and I will securely store any data collected during that period. I retain personal data related to orders or customer queries for six years. After this time I will delete your data from my records.
You have the right to know what personal data I hold about you, and to ask for that data to be changed or deleted. You also have the right to complain to the ICO if you believe there is a problem with the way I handle your data.

Thank you for visiting my folksy shop, all items in my shop are handmade by myself using recycled solid sterling silver & ethically sourced natural gemstones.
Despatch days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday up 2 oclock, orders placed after 2 oclock Thursday & over the weekend will be despatched on the following Monday.
Items are posted via royal mail.
Buyers outside of the UK are responsible for any custom charges/taxes.
Commissions and customisations welcome.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
RETURNS
Returning items which are not defective.
We want our customers to be happy with their special purchase, if you are not entirely satisfied please advise us within 7 Working Days of dispatch, please be advised that the postage will not be refunded in this case. Goods should be returned in the same condition as you received them & in the same packaging. It is your responsibility to ensure that we receive your goods, therefore strongly recommend signed for insured postage option is used. in case of any return.
IMPORTANT - However custom made goods and special commission do not come under the above heading. you will have agreed to other terms and conditions before the order was excepted
Please note that where rings have been ordered, we strongly advise you have your sizes checked prior to ordering as an exchange will be subject to postal costs and a nominal administration fee. We cannot offer refunds after 7 days of receipt of rings unless they are proven to be faulty.
If however there are any problems with items we supply, please contact us immediately or at the very latest within seven days of dispatch.
We regret that for hygiene reasons we cannot replace or refund Earrings
This in no way affects your statutory rights.
Returning goods which are faulty
All items are checked for quality prior to dispatch, we will either replace or refund at our discretion.
