Wood inspires me to create something that I hope people will like.

I am a retired builder, when I was at school I loved wood work and making things. When I left school I was offered a apprenticeship at a joiners be the wage was only ten shillings a week. So needless to say I went in to the building trade, I have been wood turning for over ten years. I love all wildlife and nature, I have a alottment and grow a lot of food that I like. I get a lot of my wood from the parks near where I live that have been cut down because of health problems.
