Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
REFUNDS/RETURNS
Please note that once your items are in the mail, the package is no longer the responsibility of HookStitchandSew, it is the responsibility of Royal Mail, however, if you have not received your item after 10 days after delivery confirmed by me, then please contact me and I will get in touch with Royal Mail regarding your claim and I will open a reimbursement claim with them, once I receive the compensation from Royal Mail, I will refund your payment of both postage and item cost.
All items are tried and tested before being listed on HookStitchandSew.
All products are handmade to a high quality therefore damage is unlikely unless through force. HookStitchandSew cannot and will not be held responsible for damage, knowing that when items are shipped from here they are of great quality.
Lost or stolen packages cannot be replaced as items are often one-off originals, other alternatives can be discussed.
PROCESSING TIMES
HookStitchandSew ships via Royal Mail Signed For Second Class, which averages a 3 -5 day delivery time within the UK.
Please note that shipping times may vary, despatch takes 1-2 business days.
Remember that shipping around any holiday can be very unpredictable.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders can take up to 30 days to be delivered, though most are delivered within 14 days. International buyers are responsible for any and all custom charges, taxes and additional postage fees.

If you are after something slightly different to an existing item, such as colour or size variations, you can leave me a message through Etsy and I will respond as soon as possible to discuss what we can work out together.
