About HollyPCrafts

HollyPCrafts

Handmade cards and textile crafts, perfect for any home.

Welcome to HollyPCrafts!

I'm Holly, and I am a Christian, textile crafter, cardmaker and writer based in Stoke-on-Trent. After spending a few years away from running my craft business in order to train and work as a special needs teaching assistant, I have appreciated being able to get back to running HollyPCrafts after having to stop working as an SEN TA (for now at least). I am enjoying transferring some of my experience from that role (in addition to my own personal life experience) into the products that I am making in the form of textile items, both on my recent cards and as textile crafts and sensory items. I'm a bohemian at heart and love to turn my hand to pretty much any craft that I can, particularly if it involves textiles in some way! I am also passionate about homemaking, and so am gradually working on some items that will enable others to do so in their own homes, whether they are a full-time homemaker, someone who works full-time with little time to invest in making their own house into more of a home, or someone who is in between the two.

I care about the environment and so am always looking for ways in which to improve the sustainability of my business. At present, this largely means using compostable biofilm wrappers for my cards, and then using recycled packaging wherever possible, or new plastic free packaging where not, secured by paper tape, in order to send my products to customers. I am continuing to look for more ways in which my business can become more sustainable, such as ordering from smaller, independent British companies as much as possible in order to source my materials.

I am looking forward to continuing to improve my current craft skills, as well as learning and developing new ones, so watch this space!

Many thanks for visiting my shop. If you'd like to follow along as I continue on my craft business journey, please feel free to follow me on my social media pages or visit my website via the blog link below :)
