Buying from me
Hilda May Designs is my craft shop where I make rag dolls, quirky handbags and cushions. These are all uniquely designed so that no two items are the same. I use techniques that include needle felting, embroidery, and appliqué. Materials I use include fleeces from alpacas, camels and sheep; cottons, linens and silks. I also do needle-felted pet portrait cushions to order. Email me for details.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
