Buying from me
I am a self-employed artist based at home in rural Lincolnshire. Most of my work is physically created on my kitchen side where I can also look out on the garden.
Ours is a small village with a PO van which promises to come every Tuesday and Friday and I try to use it for all my online sales dispatches - i always post asap, max 4 days. I have a website www.helenwhittle.co.uk for my larger pieces and a Facebook page which is more about works in progress.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Returns must be sent using a Royal Mail tracked and signed for option which provides compensation against the full value of any loss.
