Heather's Cottage Gifts uses a fusion of traditional and digital techniques to create Pet Portraits and other illustrated gifts. Artwork is drawn traditionally using coloured pencils, then digitally finished in Photoshop. If you order a Pet Portrait artwork may take around 6 - 8 weeks to complete depending on workload. Other ready made products will ship within 3 working days.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
If you wish to cancel your order please contact me through heatherscottagegifts@gmail.com or my Folksy page as soon as possible and before the item has shipped.
