Welcome to Heartwood Craftings. My name is Luke and I'm a doctor with a passion for woodworking. I try to create unique and beautiful pieces which not only look stylish but are functional too. Each crafting is different with its own unique style, which I hope reflects the beauty of the wood that I use. I work full time during the week and often at the weekend/night, so orders will be shipped as soon as possible after your order, in protective re-used packaging where feasible.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
No returns for any custom orders or items.
