Buying from me

I produce digital designs to make cards and prints, as well as handmade craft items. My focus is on printed, papercut and feelgood products.

Lead times vary depending on the products bought. Postcards, printed cards and prints are sent within 1 to 3 days. Personalised items are sent within 2 to 7 days after proofs are approved.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
