I have decided to close my Folksy shop and am holding a closing down sale - get 50% off everything by using CLOSING50 at the checkout.

Following the closure of my craft supplies shop I am now in a position to offer lots of craft supplies at discounted prices. In many of my photographs you will see items with my price labels on; these prices are usually aligned with the manufacturer's RRP and are genuinely what items sold for in my shop.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
