Hello and welcome to Happy Stitches. All items are made by me using quality materials. I love working with colours and attractive designs - they make me happy and I hope the results make you happy also.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Please return the item in the original packaging, unused and odour free (e.g. must not smell of cigarette smoke, must not have been washed etc.). Buyer is responsible for return postage costs. Thank you.
