Buying from me

Your items will be posted in plastic-free packaging, for smaller items this will be a letter-box sized box.
Wrapped in tissue paper for protection and sealed with strong paper tape your item should reach you in perfect condition.

I aim to post your item as soon as is possible, at the most this will be within 3 days.
All items are sent Royal Mail 1st Class as standard.

I combine postage wherever I can and refund the difference if more has been charged.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
