Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

At Handmade Craftiness, we are committed to providing high-quality digital products. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase:
Waiver of Cancellation Rights
By purchasing a digital download from Handmade Craftiness, you agree to waive your statutory right to cancel your order under consumer protection laws. This waiver allows us to provide prompt access to the digital content.
No Refunds After Download
For digital downloads, consumers are required to waive their cancellation rights before the digital content can be provided. This means that once a customer (i.e., the consumer) has downloaded the content, they have given up their consumer rights to a refund. This policy aligns with consumer law for digital goods, ensuring the protection of intellectual property and preventing unauthorized distribution.
Cancelling a Digital Download
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, digital downloads are neither goods nor services, meaning the law is a little different. If you want to download something within 14 days of buying it (known as the 'cooling-off’ period), you must give your consent to waive the 14-day cooling-off period.
If you do not give your consent, the 14-day cooling-off period still applies. However, you will not be able to download your digital content until this period has ended.
This policy exists to prevent customers from changing their minds after downloading the content.
As you are being sent a link via email to download after purchase this will count as downloading the content as you will have access to download the files from the email.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may only be issued under exceptional circumstances, such as:
The digital content is proven to be defective or incomplete.
An error on our part (e.g., duplicate billing).
