Grubbi provides you with handmade ceramic beads and jewellery components.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

I would like all customers to be content and happy with their order and the service they receive. If for any reason you are unhappy with your item, I will accept returns within 28 days of purchase. Return postage is the buyers responsibility. I will refund the item cost only.

Items damaged in transit will be refunded or replaced, please contact me if your item is damaged upon delivery, preferably with a photograph of the damaged item. Replacements will be provided at no extra cost to yourself.
