Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

A lot of love and care goes into making each item, and I hope that you will love your new purchase! However, if you do happen to find a fault with an item, let me know and I will endeavour repair or replace it as quickly as possible.

If you change your mind about your purchase, I am happy to offer an exchange or refund (minus the postage costs) within 14 days of the transaction. The item must be returned in its original condition, and the cost of returning an item will be your responsibility. Recorded delivery is recommended to ensure the parcel arrives safely. Once the item has come back home to me, exchanges and refunds will be processed within 2 working days.
